The City’s study estimates cost of necessary upgrades to the pier and parking structure alone could cost more than $100 million. The Waterfront project allows for private investment of these repairs—at no cost to taxpayers. Resulting in a structurally sound and enhanced pier for current local businesses to thrive and the community to enjoy.
